All of our products are handmade to order – production time for all orders is currently 1-3 weeks


Terms and Conditions



We love our products and hope you will too. For this reason we will only ship a product to you if we are completely happy with the quality. If you are unhappy with a product you receive we will accept returns. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product and return it, unused in its original packaging. A refund will be issued on receipt of the returned item. We do not accept returns for custom orders.

Damaged, incorrect or undelivered items

All products are inspected for damage before leaving our premises. In the unlikely event that an item is not delivered or arrives damaged or is incorrect, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. If the item is damaged or incorrect, we must be notified within 7 days. We will require photographic evidence of the condition of the item and the packaging so that we can take it up with the courier. We will then contact you with instructions and/or return address. Returns postage for damaged items will be covered by us.

All goods will correspond with their descriptions and be free from defects in material and craftsmanship. Slight variations may occur where wood is used, such as grain appearance and colour.

Custom Orders

We’re always enthusiastic to hear any requests for custom orders, and most of the time we love the challenge! However if we feel that a particular request is not something we could produce to a quality we are happy with, is not something we are equipped to create or goes against our brand, we will politely decline. We do not accept returns for custom orders.
