I bought this item for my kitchen, however, upon arrival, it looked a little too dark compared to the other wooden features in the room. I contacted Craig who was understanding and helpful. He issued a refund as soon as he had received the original shelf back and helped me to choose a new shelf colour that was a closer match. The new shelf was delivered speedily and looks great!
